==  006  ==  If I am given access to sensitive information, such as an account, password, etc. I pledge to keep it completely secret and to only utilize it if necessary and for business purposes.

==  007  ==  I commit to communicate any disruptions that may impede my ability to complete my services to my client ASAP. If something prevents me from posting for several days on a daily service, I will add extra days at my discretion.

==  008  ==  I reserve the right to refund your services at anytime. However, you may not request a refund or cancellation unless services have not yet begun. I will notify you once I begin work and at that time, no refund or cancellation may be requested.

==  What is a Vtuber Manager?  ==  The definition of a Manager varies from person to person. However, my definition is that a Manager is essentially a Ghostcreator (similar to a ghostwriter). I can certainly offer advice but the bulk of my work lies in learning you as a creator and creating content for you that promotes your brand. My goal is for what I create to be as similar as possible to you while utilizing my knowledge and experience in Marketing.

==  Why use you as a Manager?  ==
If becoming successful as a Vtuber is something that you are passionate about, you need consistency + quality. I shoulder some of that burden and make sure that your socials are consistently updated! In addition, I am available as a resource for your questions and concerns.

==  Do you guarantee success?  ==
I don't make any guarantees. The fact of the matter is that success as a content creator comes down to multiple factors: quality, consistency, algorithms, timing, and luck. I can absolutely help you grow your platforms but everyone's growth rate is different.

==  How is payment made?  ==
I ask for Payment upfront via Paypal Invoice. I detail out exactly what is apart of our agreement so that both you and I are protected in the unlikely event something goes wrong. I make sure to document all work done so that there are no misunderstandings.

==  Am I signing a contract with you?  ==
Absolutely not! My services are either individual or monthly (30 days) and you are under no obligation to use my services again.

==  What about Refunds or Cancellations?  ==
I do not accept cancellations once work begins. I do not do refunds after work begins UNLESS I am unable to provide services rendered due to an emergency or otherwise unavoidable circumstance. If something comes up for you as my client, we can always simply postpone the services to a better time for you!

==  Do I have to credit you as my Manager?  ==
The only things that I require credit for are graphics, lore short stories, and longer video edits (not tiktoks/YT shorts). I don't require credit as a manager. You are welcome to credit me if you'd like! But a majority of my clients prefer to remain anonymous.

+ Ghostcreate Content: I create Tweets and Edited Videos for TikTok & YT Shorts. I use your model to create these as if I am you!
+ Scrub Vods: I scrub all your Twitch streams during your month for fun clips to turn into content.
+ Vods: I upload your twitch vods to youtube with thumbnails, full descriptions, and SEO.
+ Networking: When possible, I network with other Vtubers on your behalf and seek at least one collab for you a month. This is not always guaranteed.
+ I guarantee at least one tweet daily & 5 tiktok + yt shorts videos a week. I will also cross-post all created videos onto twitter. I strive to do more than that.
+ Anything in addition is extra.

+ Settings: Together you and I walk through your settings - General and Audio - to find the best fit for you.
+ Troubleshoot: I trouble shoot any issues for you and answer questions.

+ Bot: I walk you through setting up your chosen chatbot. I recommend Mixitup Bot!
+ Commands: I help you set-up your commands for use during your stream.
+ Timers: I help you set-up your timers that will happen periodically through your stream.

+ Write: I write your twitch panels in a way that is informative and keeps the reader's attention.
+ Organize: I use your art/assets to organize your panels and information in a way that is aesthetically pleasing and easy to follow.

+ Brainstorm: Together you and I brainstorm channel point redeems for use on Twitch (beyond the standard ones they offer).
+ Assets: If needed I find relevant images, audios, or greenscreen videos for use as redemptions. Mixitup Bot is great for this!
+ Troubleshoot: I walk you through adding the point redemptions and answer questions as needed.
+ Standard: The standard price covers 5 channel point redemptions. Additional ones are extra.

+ Scrub: All streams within your month timeframe will be scrubbed for great moments to use for content.
+ Visible: Your Vods MUST be visible for me to clip them. If you hide a vod, I will be unable to clip it for you, even with editor access.
